Please read this carefully as the there is a different process for each V Festival Park.
WESTON PARK: Weekend camping ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a wristband on arrival at the wristband exchange tent marked on the map sent with your ticket. Ensure you make a note of which campsite you are camping so that you can find it later.
Please take care of the wristband/s at all times, they cannot, under any circumstances, be replaced if lost, stolen (even with proof of purchase), damaged or destroyed. Wristbands are not transferable and are personal to you. Treat them as you would the money you’ve paid for it/them!
HYLANDS PARK: You may be sent your wristband in the post. You must wear your wristband to gain entry in to the V Festival arena and campsite. The wristband contains a number of state of the art security features and every wristband will be scanned on entry into V Festival. Do not affix the wristband until the first day you attend the V Festival.
Please take care of the wristband/s at all times, they cannot, under any circumstances, be replaced if lost, stolen (even with proof of purchase), damaged or destroyed. Wristbands are not transferable and are personal to you. Treat them as you would the cost you’ve paid for it/them!
We suggest you seek help of another person when affixing the wristband. Ensure the wristband is not too loose or too tight before fastening in place. Once the wristband fastener clasp is locked in place the wristband can only be removed by cutting it off. Do not fit the wristband so loosely that it can be slipped over your wrist and be removed. Once your wristband is fitted do not attempt to transfer it to another person as this will invalidate the wristband and entry to V will be refused.
Please take care when handling the wristbands as the clasp contains a pin as part of its mechanism - do not let children handle them. Ensure you wear your wristband all weekend, to remove it will invalidate it and you risk being ejected from V Festival.
